Real estate developments, project and construction management services will be the key drivers fuelling the growth for the future of AJMAN and we will look out for investment opportunities that are strategic and synergistic to our core of business.  We seek to position our waterproofing business to capitalize on the opportunities available in the UAE and we are glad for giving us the chance to develop one of the emirates, the Ajman.

            a.)  Ajman approved project Escrow-/ Trust Accounts: your payments are protected
            b.)  Buy-back guarantee from the developer: an investment risk insurance
            c.)  Construction based payment plan: we deliver in time
